this run-on sentence has been misinterpreted to mean that every man woman and child in 1775 has the right to carry any weapon including automatic weapons now in the 21st century....WRONG

You would think he would know better.........after all, he claims to be an attorney. However I suspect he got his law degree from the same school as M. Bachmann.
