I followed your thread briefly and thought it interesting...

There were only three items in the 10Q that I (vividly) remember:

MR disk head net sales were $7.2 million for the third quarter of fiscal 1997 and represented 5.8% of total net sales.

Inductive thin film disk head net sales of $114.6 million increased 116.6% from the same quarter in the prior year and represented 92.3% and 71.4% of the Company's total net sales for the third quarter of fiscal 1997 and fiscal 1996, respectively.

The Company's top four customers accounted for 87.8% of the Company's net sales in fiscal 1996.

Assuming I believe TFI will be dead in 6 months (which I do), is there any reason I should not be EXTREMELY concerned about APM's earnings (more likely losses) in the next 2-3 quarters?

Ken

Hi Mike,

<both eyes open here, can you say the same?>

Yep, I picked up another 2K shares this morning to add to the 3K I picked up last week.

Regards,
