diablo: I don't think anyone knows why the price is falling but some pretty logical possibilities have already been discussed. The stock is below its 200 day moving average, which a lot of momentum players use as a sell signal. There is weakness in the NASDAQ. It is tax-selling season. My guess is that without fundamental news, the stock will remain weak for the rest of this month, but could get a nice pop in January even without news.

A stock with no earnings and no revenue is speculative and is going to be subject to volatility. As long as the fundamental picture is intact--and there is no evidence to suggest it isn't--there is no cause for undue concern.

Diablo: The only clue I've got, assuming as always that all relevant information posted on this thread has been accurate, is that VLNC is undergoing the usual end of year nuttiness that sometimes occurs with these kinds of speculative issues. Also, it isn't being helped by the NASDAQ blowoff in the tech sector. But, for "giggles," I've place a good size additional buy order in at $5.75. I don't expect to see it filled. I think the bottom is here 'round $6, once again, assuming no negative news, or additional market nuttiness.

Time to step up and buy if you're a believer, or get ready to pull the trigger on any firm signal that bottom has been reached(ie. sudden volume buying). Just mo, of course.

Regards!

John~
