I have no idea of the correct cost of capital.

But I am 99.99% confident that the common shares will not be wiped out.

I do believe that when the Q comes off their symbol it might help the shares.

Ive been following the company for a long time and they had predictable cash flows for many, many years prior to the recession.

Compounding the recession was an ill-timed aquisition of Barnhills Buffett out of bankruptcy. It appears mgmt either just flat out dropped the ball or was given incorrect or misleading data on the stores they bought.

Regardless, mgmt gets the blame.

But, the chairman has the most to lose here as he owns most of the shares.

Im holding mine for higher prices which I think are reasonably possible.

Their debt does not really concern me because they have assets worth more than their debt and the debt will be paid down over time.
