About a 1000 people according to statistics are killed by police and citizens in self defense. But while these numbers are interesting you have to wonder what effect banning AR's or 30 round magazines will have on the 500+ killing in Chicago each year? We know that the guns used are not legally owned now and as Obama said himself AR's are not the problem in Chicago which already has very strict gun control. What exactly is Biden working on to solve/reduce the violence in Chicago?
