Milling machines are not primarily used to kill. Neither are guns - with 300+ million of them legally owned there are surprising few used to kill. Check harbor freight - capable milling machines are under $2k - less than the price of a single AR-15 now. harborfreight.com

Z, drug cartels are running submarines, do you think arms manufacture would be beyond their capability? Tell you what, when those so concerned about gun control wants to acknowledge the problems, death, and destruction associated with alcohol, I'll seriously listen to the gun debate. Seriously, I can just see Cuomo holding a martini at some function explaining the dangers guns present that decide to take themselves to schools and start shooting little children without any interaction from an operator. Have you ever compared how many lives have been ruined through the availability of alcohol? Where's the outrage? All of the liberal bastions of gun control have the highest murder rates, I don't think gun control is the answer. Prohibition failed also.
