OK fair enough on the training part. What about the military, they train too, yet they are denied firearm rights all the time. What about retired police officer's and deputies. They've been highly trained as well. I think it's wrong to make an assumption that 99% of civilians can never be trained in the proper use of arms the same as the police or military. The police and mitary get all their officers and soliders from civilians. There should be a process, an opportunity for anybody that can pass the course and test, the same privledges as police officers. They are essentially the same as police. Sure put mental health evaluations and tests into it.
