High-capacity magazines cause very little of the problem.

So where do you put the cutoff.....at 5 rounds? 10? 20? then explain EXACTLY how that could have changed the outcome in Conn, Va Tech, and Aurora Colorado. Also, give us your informed estimate of how long it takes to change magazines.
