Not sure I can be any help, I am only getting to retire because our real estate market went bazerko and I was positioned for it. So I will have a very big year.

I am going to buy a condo in Corvalis Oregon, in the spring, so I can leave when I want and not have to worry about my home as the condo association will take care of it. Then my plan is to go on the road and play poker as long as my mind holds up.

I have never been a gambler per se, just a card player, so if it gets to where I can no longer beat the game I will quit. But when I was on the road playing 5 years ago I did very well. So we shall see.

Onepath is an amazing fellow. A very strong wise fellow with an amazing gentleness and honesty. I taught him how to trade Canadian wts a decade ago and he then went on to do better than I. I was explaining them one day many years ago on a thread and there was a great debate, but he followed the logic better than the rest and is now one of the best wt traders on SI.

Everyone loves onepath, just like Wharfy.

He posted a picture once of his large wolf dog and the blind female it protected when the female died. He was pretty tore up by it.

<<About retirement...I'd be interested in learning about your thought process getting to that point. I have dialed it back this year and am thinking about "retiring" so I can begin the next phase of my life. Love to hear how you think about it.
