In 1956 the specialist in GIS could not get my attention because I was watching the NYSE ticker tape projection on the wall. When he did finally get my attention he asked what was I doing that I wasn't paying attention to the floor brokers. When I told him I was watching the tape for a stock chart breakout he said "Listen to me Kid, throw away all you charts and just put all you money into GIS." Like a fool I didn't take his advice. Over the years GIS not only did very well but they spun off many other topnotch stocks to their stock holders. Why didn't I listen? Why?
