Ditto. I mean it's raining even in Duluth, and was "48 in International Falls [ Icebox of the Nation ], which was a record for the date. The previous record in International Falls was 41 degrees, set just last year." - This is January? Record temps today, rain in forecast | Duluth News Tribune | Duluth, Minnesota
