I have always questioned the +tick on DBC/CBS. I have never seen it change. It is always a + for GRNO. I thought that someone who had not seen the news release put in to sell at market and an MM dropped the price to grab up those shares. Any other opinions on the tick symbol on DBC/CBS?

John

Intraday log and other GRNO stuff.....

John, not sure why DBC had an uptick on the $.75 trade. Here are the trades so far today.

Green Oasis Environmental Inc
Date Time Price Volume Exch Type Cond
12/3/97 10:13 1.2500 2000 U Trade
12/3/97 10:14 1.1300 2000 U Trade
12/3/97 10:28 1.2500 3000 U Trade
12/3/97 10:28 1.1250 1500 U Trade
12/3/97 10:28 1.2500 500 U Trade
12/3/97 10:35 .7500 500 U Trade
FYI, tick history for today would read - + - + -, excluding the first trade.

Charles, Chanukah (or Hanukkah) begins on 12/24 (later than usual) this year so any prospective customers should be able to squeeze in a visit beforehand.

BTW I talked to the OTC Compliance Unit of NASD Regulation. A timeline for the 15c2-11 process is almost impossible to pin down, other than the NASDR must respond to (acknowledge) the request within three business days. The gentleman I spoke with gave me general scenarios that were as short as one week or as long as (?) months, depending on the issues at hand. From the gist of the conversation, if a company has its ducks in order and there are no outstanding issues (read: SEC says OK) the average time for final approval is a month, give or take a couple weeks. I imagine GRNO falls into the shorter (hmmm, bad choice of words!) end of the approval process. Sorry for the vagueness but that is how it was passed along. I forgot to ask if there were means for a MM or Company to expedite the process.

Just a tidbit for anyone who might be extracting pins and needles from their derrieres as of late.

EDIT: Just saw the preceding posts after I hit submit. Clairvoyance has not been in my repertoire, but now I just might include it in my resume! This sure was a one stone post, huh?
