And total sales of 450B? At a decent profit % of 20%, it would mean a profit of $90B at least. Seems unbelievable.

Is it reasonable to expect US sales to continue growth at the rate portrayed in the chart? US sales of ~150 billion in 2016?
There is a multi-billion dollar question right there! ;-)

Rate of growth has to come down and this could be viewed as a negative. However, when a company as large as Apple is still growing at double digits, it is truly impressive.
