as an aside most of the notes now on the si gold and natural resources pertain to oil and gas and virtually nothing is now being talked about in the gold and mining area .this is a marked change for example from a year ago .the price of most of the small mining companies without production seems to have dropped to virtually nothing .this must surely mean that we are close to the bottom of the severe bear market that has afflicted these small mining stocks on the vse and elsewhere.by christmas there will probably be a once in a lifetime oppurtunity to pick up a basket of these little stocks for virtually nothing with enormous potential for those with patience and money who have not already lost their shirt arh
