Biden mentioned they were looking into ways to use Executive Orders to overturn the Second Amendment.

Certainly if the courts allow that they will allow him to use Executive Orders to overturn the Twenty Second Amendment.

You are correct. Holder is not exactly aggressive in pursuing democrats for violating the laws. Enforcing the Constitution is not going to happen under Holder.
