And to compound their probem
They had to raise taxes and start which hunt on their own sub elite rich
Which are now starting to flee like depardieu to russia taking their capital and more important their brains with them
If one looks at the kpmg website its easy to knw where to run
I know already a few who left, the early adopters
Once they settle , give it 2-3years and build a new base they ll phone home and the call will be answered

we just delayed it better here in Canada and energy helped for a while of course.. but looks like we are hell bent to destroy that advantage also.. so we are losing our religion fast.. ~REM.. (coming to end of our rope.. not too late... but let's watch :o(
