Good to hear. Last thing we need is another widespread housing/credit bubble anytime soon trying to get home ownership rates from the low 60's to near 70% like last time.. So many buyers in most markets paying all cash or high down these days cause of depressed prices + Bernanke's force feeding so much money that way the inventory will be in very strong hands with few defaults in vintage 2009+ mortgages. The housing crash board has had blinders on for a long time as we enter the late innings of shadow inventory turning over from the bubble.. We've got other way more pressing problems to deal with these days like climate change, the record wealth disparity, shifting from a war and consumer credit driven economy and growing the middle class again the old fashioned way.
