The over all use of the newly discovered NG Resources is/are a National resource If you believe that, then why not nationalize the entire industry? Then the wise politicians and bureaucrats could make all of the decisions. This sounds much to important to be left to greedy capitalists! Because that is not our modified capitalist system either. Private property has rights also up to a point--lots of times the argument is about where the point is.
