OK ASCEND, here is my out of court settlement:
If you announce that you will make your #s within 48 hrs, I will not join the class action suit.
However, If I see no response, I will be forced to take legal action.

Even with a decent out of court settlement, you'd be lucky to get
a few bucks per share.
