1/ smartest 10-20percent
Send their children abroad to establish base
Move abroad very rare atm
Get secund homes outside eu as first fallback positio
Get gold an move their funds to international brokarage houses as long as thats feasable
And they start to keep silent about what they do

2/ rest parties like there is no tomorrow
Which is good as a lot of my braket will need to be sacrificed :-(
