99% would. Many many years ago, my home state of IL passed a firearms owners identification card law. You can't buy a weapon or ammo without it in the state. Being young and stupid, I foolishly registered. Most people in my area just made their purchases in Missouri. I'll never do that again. How dare the corrupt state of IL, dominated by Chicago liberal Democrats, dare to require people to register themselves and pay a fee to exercise their right. Since then, I've been back, carried guns into and out of the state, bought ammo in MO and used it in IL. To hell with the state govt of IL and all its rotten theiving power-grubbing politicians and officials.
