Who was in control of the Congress during Clinton's years ? Pelosi and Reid took care of the Bush years and gave us Obama.

Clinton left what?


Clinton left us with an economy that was in shambles. He had policies that encouraged the dotcom bubble so that there was the illusion of prosperity and then it all came crashing down at the end of his term. Clinton set us up for our current economic situation. We still haven't recovered from his mess. And now, Obama is making it even worse.
