SS - I see no correlation between your response and my post, or my newly acquired concern. Here's a course in logic for you. People are quoting the company and other unidentified sources as saying that "ILLEGAL activity" is holding the stock price from attaining the $4 level required for this NASDAQ listing. I offer to help with this situation at no cost or risk to anybody. The only response I receive is that the supposedly downtrodden and oppressed little company would be negatively impacted. What I am missing is not investing knowledge (well I am that too) it's facts that track in a straight line. Now we have a company that want's NASDAQ listing, but can't figure out how to post a financial statement.

Risk = 100% of investment. My investment is more than a $1000 fling on a good rumor for me. I have ridden the price rollercoaster without complaint. I have read every post and some extra to try to understand and enjoy watching the story unfold. This story is unfolding cockeyed.

Hey, Soj... I learned the difference early on.

A short term investor is one who had perfect timing.. A long term investor is one who made a mistake.

Now, some will say that Investors are Traders who made a mistake.
