With all the conversation going on, make sure you check it back to the last post with picks, or start at the beginning of the picks if need be. It is not fair to the person who is dropped to have to go back and try to find out where he was stopped. It is up to the person making his choices that every person who has made their picks is included. It is simply more work that need not be.
