Eric, the latest on PowerComputing is that they've only received a small amount of Apple stock. That's why they are so broke right now. The bulk is still held up by the feds. Not good news for us. I put the amount at five million shares or so and I assume they will sell a good portion when they get them. So we have that overhang. I had hoped that perhaps Power was responsible for a bunch of short shares, to lock in their position, but I doubt it now.

I do think the huge short interest is another reason to buy this stock.

PS--<<The Circuit City near Burger King and Lyon's? I used to live in Emeryville during my UC Berkeley days back in '93. What wonderful memories>> Absolutely the same one. They've added a lot to that area in the last few years. CompUSA just a few blocks away, Borders, etc.

BTW, we should have lunch in Berkeley sometime and discuss AAPL. I'm living a block from campus.
