Thanks... actually, the load is very important, it opens the gates so the non structural body fat can begin to metabolize... there is a remarkable scientific reason this really does work... it can't be done without loading... yes, you do gain for those two load days, but you lose it during the next two days, and then it's all new lows from then on, and the amazing thing is that I'm never hungry during the weight loss protocol itself because of the loading... if you try to lose weight without loading, then you don't lose the non structural body fat, instead you lose the structural body fat which you need and you also lose muscle which depletes your energy and makes you look and feel weak and sickly... and you would also be hungry, after loading you're never hungry again while on the protocol itself... it's scientifically sound and works very well... GZ

I just luv the way you and GZ joke with each other. The lighthearted banter is a welcome relief from most threads that hate obama (quite understandable) and despise conservatives (beyond my comprehension). Please keep it up, both of you. (soon, it might be against the law) BTW, AAR, If he loses that weight as he expects to, can we sell it at Ebay? There might be some real skinny liberals there that have no hope, no brains, and no friends. Yathink they would want to go and do the right thang (sic) once and for all.
