This one is very subjective and similar to JBI.

How is a case in the Canadian Court system in any way comparable to an SEC action brought against JBII in the US. ??

Different laws and standards to be met in two entirely different legal systems.

All one has to do is look at the recent cases JBII has filed only in Canada to realize there are different standards.
