On the surface, it would appear that DFNL is giving away 50% of its
profits from WINQ-TV in exchange for "up to" $40,000 a month.

Here are some possibilities:
1. DFNL expects to receive at least $40,000 a month in profits
times 12 months divided by 4.5 million shares yields a net
profit of $0.10 per share.
2. The "up to" however means it could be much less than $40,000 a
month and what if the cash funding only lasts a couple of months
and then stops? Would DFNL still be obligated to give up 50%
of profits for the entire year in exchange for such a small input?
The news release certainly leaves this is a dangerous possibility.
3. DFNL must be in desparate need of cash to accept such an offer.
Is the DFNL or the TV station in danger of going under?
4. Are there any other terms to this funding which are not being
made public - such as giving away a security interest in the
TV station or in DFNL?
5. Funding is being provided in anticipation of a much greater
announcement to be made next week.

Let's hope choices 1 and 5 are what is going on.
