Richard, By expire, you mean they will be converted then if not sooner, or? This was a great experience. I am very impressed by Mr. Lau. He's no politician. Very straight forward. I've made calls like this before and gotten the run around, vague answers, and an unwillingness to talk to anyone but analysts. Not this time. IMO - I don't think there's anyone actually paying attention to Deswell. He acted like he never gets calls like mine. I guess the analysts don't get paid to make phone calls in the middle of the night. Ron
