they only sold 25M 5s
That seems like a lot of old stock (assuming in the end they sell somewhere in the neighbourhood of 50M - any idea whether 25M iPhone 4Ss and 4s in the channel is realistic? It kinda looks like stuffing if it is and really brings into question the last several quarter's reports.

Hard to square only 25 million 5's with the fact that the shortage lasted right through the first week of December.


There are only a few carriers that give out model rankings (Sweden, Finland, Japan), but I think I have only seen one carrier that had the 4S outselling any of the 5's.
