That's simple nihilism. <I suspect all personal premises are eventually determined to be wrong, including any on reality. It's fashionable to be surrealistic, Kantian and whatnot, but reality is not so confused about reality. Concrete walls really do make soft things like theories and the brains that carry them go splat.
