Joseph, thanks for the free American-style psychoanalysis. It's a peculiar obsession but very popular. I should come up with some free psychoanalysis to help you understand the neurosis. Or maybe it's a psychosis. Or projection - that's a popular bit of psycho-jargon. Nihilism is a word and not a particularly scary one at that, other than the proponents are dangerous and scary because of their MADness [as in mutual assured destruction]. It's fashionable these days [the idea, not the word] which I suppose stems from a century of surrealism and Sartre-type thinking. en.wikipedia.org

Your answer showed you didn't read what I wrote.
< I suspect all personal premises are eventually determined to be wrong,

We have at least one example from you. Reality turned my ideas upside down after not many years. I had to abandon my false premises which had led me to false conclusions.

The word "eventually" means that the time has not expired on the rest of your premises.

The word "suspect" means I am not giving a proof. What I offer is what you offer --- no proof.

I offered reason.

Your theory is that your theory is wrong. That's not much of a theory. But your theory doesn't even rise to the level of a theory since it's only a suspicion. "I suspect that there is really a ghost that doesn't exist". That's not much of a theory. It's more like some verbal quantum matter bubbling out of the aether for a picosecond without foundations or reason to exist.

I prefer my slogan to your suspected theory [Don't let a slogan do your thinking for you].
