Ronald Reagan sent mental patients into the streets -- and that is now where you will find them. He said they should be home where their families could look after them -- government should not be trying to offer a solution -- you know, that bad old government mantra. But most of them did not end up well-cared for at home -- they ended up living in alley ways and under bridges. And if they go a doctor? The give them pills and send them "home".

<not against background checks> Why do you think that 40% of gun sales do not require background checks? Why can a person buy a gun online without a background check? Why can a person buy a gun at a gunshow without a background check? Why can one person buy 32,000 rounds of ammunition -- defending your home? Duck hunting? Lets get real -- the gun lobby targets politicians and they run for their little candy assed lives -- that is why.
