Bob: I can understand how this would feel familiar if you were in for the last debacle. Who knows, it could be another pump and dump. I found about the stock when the Red Chip Review initiated coverage and thats what got me interested.

All I can say is that I know the difference between newsletters that are shills for pump and dump schemes, and newsletters that are on the level. Red Chip Review is completely on the level. So, if this is a pump and dump, they fooled Red Chip rather than Red Chip being a participant in it.

Robert: Regarding your comment about significant number of investors looking for a tax loss in light of all the seemingly marvelous news we've heard to date. Let's think about this. If mooter is correct in his commentary about looking for some sort of contract announcements around the Feb. timeframe of '98., and if you believe that VLNC won't really go anywhere until said contracts are announced, then there's PLENTY of time to exercise the tax-loss gambit. Plenty of time to spare. If my logic is accurate I'd expect to see the current wave of selling begin to taper off toward mid. Dec. with the price stabilizing(or wallowing around) between $6 on the low-end, and the prior floor of $7 to $7.5.

Just a guess of course.

Regards!

John~

Does anyone know how old the '800 share holders' data is? Couldn't there be a lot more shareholders today since the recommendation for Valence by Don W. on NBR? Would this be relevent information to know?
