oh, I certainly don't want someone like that!! But when someone is a known representitive of a co., it makes them accountable. Everyone took what C.L.,/matt/frank... whoever the hell he is, at face value, but the company isn't penalized if this information is false.
aliasboy could say anything, but he wasn't identified as being a spokesperson for the company. do you follow naxos? Kim Brasington is a paid consultant for the company... he doesn't post often, but does occasionally answer shareholders questions. I'd be willing to bet that if it came down to it, naxos would have to be accountable for what he says... that's more of the situation I envisioned. doubt it will ever happen, though!

agree the companies need to be clearer in their PR's. I'm still not sure what the numbers from mxam really mean.
