This is not a secondary offering. There is no share dilution. Now shareholders who converted from preferred to common may sell their shares on the open market or elsewhere from time to time. Previously if they wanted to sell they had to register their intent to sell. Now they can sell whenever they want, just like you and I. The 6 million shares RNTK is referring to are already counted in fully diluted shares outstanding of about 24.5 million. New people, get the S-3 and read it. Good overview of the company and the risks involved.
