Don't you think it boild down to interpreting GAAP as to line their pockets in one way or another? With Nortel it is very obvious. WIth JBI... he has spent an awful lot of money on props and likely siphoned off a few million for himself. He has created one hell of a hole for himself with the money he has spent. I wonder what his end-game was... was he intending to sell the company off for a profit? .. or maybe just now he is realizing he actually has to make money before that can happen... LOLOL
