Why do you make so many assumptions ?

You assume just because you pass a law restricting something the wackos won't behave irrationally and will not have access to what you pass laws restricting.

No law will ever stop crazy people from acting out... And when they do it is irrational to attack normal people by taking away the rights of the many to protect themselves from the irrational few.

It's one straw man argument after another from the terrified left.

they don't NEED to need them. Do you own anything that you just want?

If I want firearms, the constitution is there to protect my right to own them. It doesn't say one word about "need".

If you don't want firearms, don't own them.

BTW: what is the definition of "excessive"?

Seems to me that would be a relative term.

Tyranny is people in the govt telling me...........a law abiding, taxpaying citizen.........what I do and do not need.
