If a famous, high-profile trader stands up in public and gives an opinion about a stock, even if that opinion is completely wrong, it's protected First Amendment speech. If he says the CEO is screwing a goat on the side, that is libel. But claiming that a business model is fraudulent is very hard to prove as manipulation, and everyone knows that Ackman can employ an army of lawyers into the 23rd century before anything ever actually gets to a jury.

Just more hot air.
