That would be a more serious move by Germany than Japan.
"Germany is about to demand that all of its gold be repatriated to Berlin by France and the USA."

"Japan is devaluing their currency by 2% today"

My comment -
Russia occupied 1/2 of Germany for many decades. Do they become allies?

Steal the gold by invading and taking it at gunpoint, or steal the gold by selling it off while claiming it is safely sitting in the Fed's vault.
Goldbugs tell you the it is best to have the gold in your possesion instead of relying on someone else " holding " it for you.
Germans used to trust the Ammies, but lately since they have refused to publicly audit their OWN gold in FT. Knox, etc. the Germans are thinking that maybe their gold would be better off in their vaults.
