More PFHO....

The HCO/MPN business is growing. Look at the number of enrollees It is roughly
double the level it was at the peak in 2007. Going from memory, there was a price
reduction that occurred in mid 2009 that reduced the revenue per enrollee. However,
revenue per enrollee and enrollees has been growing recently due to additional services.
Also, the revenue for the HCO segment grew from $205,362 and $565,835 for the three and
nine month periods ending Sept 2011 to $301,077 and $691,574 for the three and nine month
periods ending Sept 2012. Likewise, the revenue for the MPN segment grew from $171,092
and $455,761 for the three and nine month periods ending Sept 2011 to $205,238 and
$569,584 for the three and nine month periods ending Sept 2012. I will agree that so far
over the long haul the new products is where the revenue dollar additions have come.
However, it does look like over the long haul the dollar additions will also come from
the HCO/MPN business as enrollees has been growing at a good clip.
