So does it mean that unless it gets to that level, you will not buy puts or do you have varying levels of buy and sell signals??

do you mind to check LU money flow ? are blocks selling today or nonblocks doing it ? I know it is dragged down due to NOK.A etc. but wnat to see how blocks doing to see if ok to go long at this level.
