In our hold house we had an alarm, and signs, and motion lights, and were gone 6 months- leaving the house full of stuff. Had no issues. In our new house, we have alarms, motion lights, signs, cameras- and have had no issues. Am thinking about putting another sign up (we already have one about the cameras- "smile and wave" it says- "your image is being sent to a remote destination"). I'm thinking of adding a sign that says "We don't have guns- but our neighbors do. Guns are valuable. Please rob the neighbors."
