I wonder if that includes potable water. Because that's the only thing a truck is legally able to spill on roads, for example.

Or in most states where the definition of burglary includes the elements of " an intruder being inside an inhabited dwelling at night" then it is legally OK to shoot the burglar. Detached shed, barn, or garage won't qualify. Also please check with your local law enforcement before loading up.

I had a big dog flap on my door in Austin, Tx. and was being repeatedly burglarized through it.

Uh?? Why didn't you have a large pit bull to go with your big dog flap? Chain the dog just inside the flap. I'm sure that cannot count as a booby trap, but it would function very nicely as one.

Can you imagine a crook trying to convince His Honor that he wasn't expecting a dog inside the dog flap he crawled through? LOL!
