Look at this crazed thinking: The President cannot decide to kill a admitted terrorist because "he is a US citizen." But yeah, the bank executives should be in jail even though they did not do anything wrong that is prosecutable, they need to go to jail. No power to think rationally. Just get carried away emotionally. The irony.........if convicting the bank execs or getting money from them was doable, you can bet your booty the shareholders would have been all over it legally. And that's the funny thing..........when you pose that question to MM, he can't answer why they haven't sued.
