Hi Sherman Chen: I sent an e-mail to CALY regarding this point earlier this week. Here is a partial response of what they told me. "We are hopeful that the labelling will be completed shortly, but can offer no reliable estimates on the FDA's behalf.....I wish I could offer a more concrete response to your question, but am sure you can appreciate the difficulties in doing so."
