I missed that part. Look at all is required to pass the SPO firearms training. Notice the note about "disrespect" and sleeping or being disruptive. Boy we all know who wrote this and for whom. Notice how little training is required, but if you want to carry outside your home, you can't even go through this dipshit training and get a permit to do so.
