I look at it this way. Positive things happen behind closed doors with the people inside versus closed doors with the people outside. What doe you want them to do open the door with cold weather stand on the roof & yell...

Perhaps they are discussing banruptcy plans which is the only real reason you would want to have closed doors. Imagine the morale if the employees found out about it!
