Celeryroot, LGND did open at 13 3/4 (full ask price), and the first few trades were all at 13 3/4. The line was short, but they were buyers.

Well, whatever it opened at, the fact remains that 13 3/4's which was once a 'floor' of support is now a 'ceiling' of resistence.

...as I typed this the MM lowered the ask to 13 9/16's (a 16th spread) to attrack more buyers.

LGND ran up very sharply to 13 3/4 late yesterday (including a 15K buy at that price). Today volume has been very light. I see no evidence that 13 3/4 represents a "ceiling" of any sorts.
