you really do seem to have genuine difficulty to understand.
please do not write to me any more.
i really do not have time for people who have so much difficulty, and
i certainly do not have time for stalkers, so do not turn into a stalker.
cheers, tj

Do not forget that TJ lives in the shadow of the CCP, and depends on the CCP for some of his business. For him to take a formal bet on the demise of the CCP, even if he is on the side that this will not happen, is too much attention for comfort. Would you have taken such a bet in similar circumstances?

In any case, the bet has been placed and recorded, even without TJ's explicit participation. And in a decade or so we will all revisit it and discuss the results, if we are still around. The actual exchange of money is, I think, irrelevant.
